Earthquake of 2010, St. Marc's situation
uploaded by snowguy013 at youtube.com
A dramatic presentation of the hectic first week of the P-au-P earthquake, and how it is affecting Saint Marc. We also see what YWAM is doing and ways YOU can help. YWAM Haiti was planted in St. Marc in 1991, and works there to give not only physical humanitarian aid, but spiritual foundations so that one day it can become a blessing to the world. YWAM requires it's staff to raise it's own support through friends and family, so that people who give money to YWAM for particular causes can be assured that there money reaches its destination rather than the hands of hired employees. uploaded by snowguy013 at youtube.com
It's Wednesday Feb 3, 2010 and YWAM is still moving strong since the devastating earthquake. Hopes are high to have the clinic open to it's first patients before the end of the week! Terry Snow tells us of how support money to has gone even so far as to save lives in the crucial days after the earthquake. Of course YWAM has also been working at identifying and feeding refugees in the city, organizing the shipping in of supply trailers, and setting up long term plans for tent cities among other things! Want to help with a donation? Visit our website and you can donate financially and even define what specific area you would like the money to go to. This is only one of many updates from YWAM which you can find at www.ywamhaiti.org.

YWAM Haiti Earthquake Update for February
uploaded by ywamhaiti at youtube.com
This update covers the 5 top stories for YWAM Haiti in February. It shows: -How YWAM's long standing work in Haiti gives them the platform to distribute food from the World Food Program. -The Mercy Trucks ambulance serves as a mobile clinic in Port-au-Prince -A supernatural healing by kids helping out around the New Beginnings clinic -the 3 days of prayer and repentance by Haitians who want to see a new beginning in Haiti -The long term plan of tent communties and how you could get involved in the near future Youth With A Mission began it's first base in Haiti in 1991 in the city of Saint Marc. Since then, YWAM Haiti has grown to play a significant role in the city, doing projects such as sanatizing the beef market and building housing for the homeless out in the province. The vision has aways been the same from its 1st founding: to turn Haiti into a blessing! Based off of the Bible scripture in Zech. 8:13, YWAM looks for ways to not just preach or fill a humanitarian need, but to create the spiritual change needed to free this nation. For decades YWAM has recieved humanitarian aid, but without the spiritual change Haiti has remained the poorest nation of the Western Hemisphere. We believe that only through God can this nation change from a curse, to a blessing! Stay up to date on what Youth With A Mission is doing in Haiti by visiting www.ywamhaiti.org

uploaded by ywamhaiti at youtube.com
This is an update of YWAM Haiti for March 3 and 4 of the year 2010. Esbenshades tents are constructed in Mowi and Ti Monet by a hard working construction crew from Lancaster, Pennsylvania that don't quit till the job is done! Also, a medical team led by Dr. Doe helps out with sick patients in the area. Everyone is very excited in Ti Monet where the tents are constructed, and where a large community of refugees will be. While the future is bleak for many Haitians right now, it is promising for those involved here! check out more info at ywamhaiti.org
Setting new foundations- YWAM in Port-au-Prince
uploaded by ywamhaiti at youtube.com
It's been a long time in coming, but here is another update for YWAM in the collapsed capitol city of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. As dirty old books are piled, a tractor works away clearing the debris of one of the buildings. Peterson Georges was told a few years ago to start a YWAM base in the capitol city. Ironically, the earthquake struck only months before this was about to happen. Now with thousands homeless, the need is more than ever. Unfortunately, this update was not able to fit Peterson's plan for relocation of some of these victims, but it does uncover some of the emotional feelings going through the people's minds, and some of the adventure foreigners have faced as a result of the crisis. It is clear that Haiti is seeking for change, and good foundations need to be laid were the bad ones have been uprooted. Although they do not really know him much, every Haitian knows who should be in charge of that mission- Jesus Christ.
