After hours of heavy rain, flash flooding caused this amazing natural phenomenon at the 12 Apostles on the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, Australia. Drenched tourists watched on while gallons of water poured from the cliff face for over 20 minutes, as seen here from the Apostles lookout on the evening of the 23rd March 2008.
