Brisbane river fire, from an inner city apartment (thanks a million Chris Hinds). This was my first time shooting fireworks like this with this camera, struggled with settings for a bit but got there in the end. Next time im going to try shooting more than 1 frame per second, and wont be cranking the colours as much as this. Massive thanks to Brett Clements for sharing his initial settings (and for his constant mentoring - max respect - with love, the grasshoppers)

This is a short filmed named Black Frogs, the name is based on because alot of people who do not bodyboard say we look like frogs, plus wearing a black wetsuit. i made around 2 years ago, which i entered into the International Film College Short Film Comp for High School Students throughout Australia. I ended up winning the Overall Competition and Best Documentry. All the film is Gold Coast Bodyboarders doing there thing.. few other guys from down south. Places such as Hawaii, Goldy waves like Dbah straddie and the reef..hope you enjoy
