Day one of our Puerto Vallarta adventure. Funjet had hired us to grab a few clips for them to use and for us to enjoy the area. This is the Sierra Madre Adventure, an excursion available for tourist to see how the locals live and take in some beautiful country-side. This was shot using a Sony Z7U.

Vacationing in Puerto Vallarta last summer with my then-girlfriend (now fiance). Although I originally produced a video briefly documenting that trip, I decided to compose another short video using different clips to experiment with iMovie '09, which I just recently acquired.

The America's Cup is the world's oldest and most prestigious yachting regatta, once an exclusive activity for millionaires and elite professional yacht racers. Traveling during slow times has economic advantage, and Puerto Vallarta was a safe place to travel during crazy times - Mar/Apr 2009. We found lodging for less than half normal rates, rode taxi's (which negotiated on rates for longer trips), rode the bus to Botanical Gardens and El Nogalito, and walked the rocky south shoreline to town, and in town day and night. We topped it off with Mexican cigars which mostly smelled bad, but a couple smoked okay. This video has a mix of all the above.
