The Rock Town Sound is an independent 90 min. music documentary produced by Play Ray Productions. Filmed inside the Workshop Studio and various other locations, this documentary charts the life of up and coming, as well as seasoned musicians singers and producers in the Rockford area.
The documentary provides a behind the scenes look at "Rock Town"... the producers, composers, groups and singers. See talented artists combine their minds and voices to complete harmony. They discuss their trials and tribulations of trying to make it out of the Midwest in pursuit of stardom or being a major player in the music industry. Play Ray sits down with them and discusses their unending passion for making music, all with a strong belief that their next track or beat will be the one to take them to the next level!
