Samarpan Samarpan wurde 1941 in San Francisco in eine Familie hineingeboren, die Religion und Spiritualität über alles stellte. Im Alter von 16 Jahren folgte er seinen beiden älteren Brüdern auf ein katholisches Priesterseminar, entdeckte aber im dritten Jahr, dass Priesterschaft nicht der richtige Rahmen war, um seinem Wunsch, Gott zu dienen, nachzukommen. "Die meisten Männer und Frauen treffen aufeinander und fangen sofort an, zu projizieren. Aber das bedeutet, das man der/dem anderen nicht so begegnet, wie sie/er ist, sondern dass man der/dem Anderen als einer Phantasie-Projektion begegnet. Dann sieht der Mann die Frau als Sex-Objekt, ganz egal ob sie sich gerade sexy fühlt. Ja, das kennt ihr. Das macht keinen Spaß. In Wirklichkeit macht das keinem der Beteiligten Spaß. Oder die Frau sieht den Mann als eine Projektion eines Beziehungs-Symbols. Auch das macht keinen Spaß. Und er wird zu einem Objekt. Und dann will sie, dass er sie so und so behandelt. Das ist nicht unschuldig. Wenn wir einander in Unschuld begegnen, ist das wunderschön. Im Moment. Da gibt es keine Projektion der Zukunft. Da gibt es keine Identifikation als die/der Partner/in von jemand. Das ist wirklich unschuldig und rein. Und es ist jedes Mal neu.Wenn ich meiner Frau in jedem Moment neu begegne, ist es ganz egal, was passiert. Es ist in jedem Fall wunderschön. Ich bin glücklich mit mir selbst, ich brauche nichts von ihr. Wenn ich etwas von ihr brauche, ist es schrecklich. Wenn sie etwas von mir braucht, ist es schrecklich. Dann ist es ein Kampf. Dann haben wir ein Kriegs-Spiel, das sich ‚Beziehung' nennt.Aber es fängt alles damit an, dass ich mit mir selbst in Frieden bin, so wie ich in jedem Moment bin. Das ist die Übung." Diese Wahrheit wird nicht von den Umständen unseres Lebens berührt. Wenn ich über die Wahrheit spreche, beziehe ich mich auf das, was unvergänglich und ewig ist. Alles was kommt und geht, unsere Körper, unsere Glaubenssätze, unsere Gefühle, zweifellos unser ganzes Universum, ist nicht verlässlich. All diese Dinge existieren nicht unabhängig von der Wahrheit. Sie sind nicht getrennt von der Wahrheit, aber die Wahrheit selbst ist nicht von irgend etwas abhängig. Die Wahrheit ist. Die Wahrheit ist das, was vor dem Beginn des Universums ist und das, was sein wird, nachdem das Universum längst vergessen ist. Und das ist es, was Du bist und was ich bin. Diese Wahrheit ist die eigentliche Existenz von jedem Felsen, jedem Grashalm, jedem Vogel, jedem Insekt und jeder Mikrobe. Alle Formen und Erscheinungen existieren nicht getrennt von der Wahrheit. Die Wahrheit zu entdecken, ist eine Freude jenseits unseres Vorstellungsvermögens. Die Wahrheit zu entdecken, erfordert keine Mühe, keine Anstrengung, keine spirituellen Praktiken oder irgendeinen Glauben. Was es zu tun gilt ist, alle Deine Konzepte, Ideen und Glaubenssätze für einen Moment beiseite zu stellen. Die Wahrheit wird sich dann von selbst enthüllen. Diese Offenbarung hat kein Ende." Es geht also nicht darum, den richtigen Partner zu finden - denn jeder Partner wird dir das zeigen. Dass es nie genug ist. Oder dass es zu viel ist, oder irgend etwas ... Vielleicht ist das die Hauptsache dabei, dass uns diese Illusion genommen wird, dass jemand uns irgend etwas geben kann." Samarpan Samarpan wurde 1941 in San Francisco geboren und verbrachte seine Kindheit als sechstes von acht Kindern in einer katholischen Familie. Er besuchte für drei Jahre ein Priesterseminar, entdeckte aber im dritten Jahr, dass Priesterschaft nicht der richtige Rahmen war, um seinem Wunsch Gott zu dienen nachzukommen. Sein Interesse an Spiritualität und die natürliche Freude anderen zu helfen bewegten ihn, Psychologie zu studieren und nebenbei in verschiedenen beratenden Tätigkeiten zu arbeiten. 1981 fand Samarpan zu dem indischen Mystiker Osho, mit dem er in Oregon / USA lebte und nahm den Namen Samarpan an, was Hingabe bedeutet. 1995 realisierte Samarpan sein wahres Selbst, ein Jahr später zog er nach Deutschland, wo er seitdem mit seiner Frau in der Nähe von Frankfurt wohnt und in verschiedenen Ländern Europas Satsang gibt, zu denen Hunderte von Menschen kommen, angezogen von seiner warmherzigen, humorvollen Art. Im Erkennen dessen, dass absolut nichts verkehrt ist, entdeckt man im Satsang den Frieden, der unabhängig von allen Lebensumständen ist.
