Kettlebell Competition Results - Suburban Warrior Challenge IV

MBody Strength hosted the fourth Suburban Warrior Challenge competition on June 20, 2009 in Huntington Beach, California. The event included a 3.25 mile weighted hike, push ups, kettlebell push presses, and the kettlebell figure 8 to hold exercise.
Men had to carry a 60lb pack and 18lb kettlebell and perform all exercises using a 53lb kettlebell. Women had to carry a 30lb pack and 18lb kettlebell and peform all exercises using a 26lb kettlebell.
Aaron Wolf won the men's competition with a time of 1 hour, 8 minutes, 15 seconds. Ashley Christian won the women's competition with a time of 1 hour, 36 minutes, 15 seconds. Each winner got a new Apollo kettlebell.

Suburban Warrior Challenge III Kettlebell Competition Trial Run

Marcus Martinez of MBody Strength and Tiffany de Grasse do a trial run of the Suburban Warrior Challenge III kettlebell competition. The kettlebell competition is a 2-mile weighted hike in the sand of Bolsa Chica State Beach in Huntington Beach, California. Competitors will stop at several points to perform different exercises, including push ups, kettlebell snatches, and kettlebell clean and presses.

On 2/21/2009, MBody Strength hosted the first Suburban Warrior Challenge, featuring a timed, weighted 2-mile hike and 100 snatches.
Men had to carry a 60lb pack and an 18lb kettlebell and perform 100 snatches with a 53lb kettlebell. Women had to carry a 20lb pack and a 9lb kettlebell and perform 100 snatches with an 18lb kettlebell.
Results:
