The World Health Organisation has warned that the far fewer H1N1 flu vaccines are being produced than the amount needed.
Vaccinating billions of people is proving an enormous challenge for health officials around the world. And as flu season approaches in the northern hemisphere the WHO says it is important to get the vaccine to as many people as possible.
Health officials in the United States are scrambling to vaccinate 200 million people. But with trials still being carried out, there are fears many won't get treatment. Tom Ackerman reports.
