I personally took this video today, September 16, 2009. As I was waiting to deplane Continental Flight 734 at Gate 127 in Newark Liberty Airport today, I looked out the window saw this baggage handler abusing the passengers' luggage. It was appalling. Another baggage handler got her attention and pointed out that the passengers still aboard were watching her. She then immediately stopped tossing the bags to the ground and began doing her job the right way. Video captured on G1 Google phone at about 2:55 PM EDT.

Baggage Running
YOW, early October 2009
I spent a few days as the inbound baggage runner at YOW. It took a day to figure out how to keep the vibrations from the baggage tractor from shutting down the camera. Any similarity between any actually baggage and that, which has been depicted, is purely coincidental. Many thanks to all who helped me off-load baggage when necessary.
