I filmed my return to Saranda,but there were some waves and was very difficult to do a good video....anyway,it was a magical sunset atmosphere ....

To create this video I went out in my backyard with my friends camera and started shooting video of stuff up close. Flowers looked the coolest thats why its mainly all flowers.
I used vegas 8 to compile the clips all into one video.
Then I created another video using a blank 8mm reel. So I had a clip of blank 8mm recording, which was white with dust and scratches etc... Then I overlayed the two videos using After Effects.
It took A LOT if tweaking to create and I ended up with 6 adjustment layers and two masks. Took about an hour to render.
This is only my second attempt at trying to recreate the 8mm or "Super 8" film effect so comments and feedback are welcome!
